Terms of Service

This website is operated by KRISTINE JOY CALUYA, trading from 6 Compass Court, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance. An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is authorised. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include the cost of insulated packing. Delivery is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.

Product information. Photographs are representative of the species and cut supplied. As a natural product, size, weight and colour vary slightly between batches. All items are supplied frozen unless the listing says otherwise.

Food safety. Keep frozen at or below −18°C. Thaw in the refrigerator and do not refreeze once thawed. Follow the cooking guidance on each product page.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a faulty product is limited to replacement or refund.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
